The Office for the Third Sector (OTS) recently announced that it had cut the funding for the Campaigning Research Programme, after offering grants to 32 small organisations, putting the OTS in breach of the Compact. NCVO opposes this decision and calls on the Minister to reinstate the funding committed to these 32 campaign groups.
We, the undersigned, petition the Minister for the Third Sector to reinstate the funding recently withdrawn from the Campaigning Research Programme, which was cut, without notice, in violation of the Compact agreement with the voluntary and community sector on November 13, 2009.
